Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable. I had complete blockage with plumbing that was only 4 years old. He also took the time to diagnose and explain why this has happened. He has promised notes and pictures from his work that I plan to take to my previous contractor because their work is part of my problem. I will certainly call them again if needed.

Ray arrived promptly for my appointment to give me estimates for new toilets in my 1985 home. I decided to replace a bathroom sink and fixture as well. Even though it was 3pm Ray was able to arrange for a co worker to bring the items to my house. Ray has worked non-stop to replace to toilets and sink with high quality items that I would not find in the big box stores. I am very happy with my service with Master Plumbers. Joel & Brandon came out today to do our Winter Service on our heating system, Just Great Technicians. All the courtesies of putting shoe covers on to asking about the system. They were able to correct a minor issue that could have turned into a major problem. They did not rush through the service call just First Class Service from start to finish. The office staff called and sent emails reminders prior to the service call and informed us when the Technicians were 15 Minutes from our home. The Master Plumbers Heated & Cooling Staff were awesome. We trust them with our needs.

The company called ahead to tell me the tech would arrive within 30min and he was there in about 10 min or less. Robert and Lucas was very professional and experienced. Gave me an estimate in a timely manner and explained every detail of each optional repair. He wasn’t pushy and showed no haste to my decision. The repair itself was top notch and he provided pictures of before and after. I live in Kernersville now, and even though they helped me out in Greensboro, I wouldn’t mind using them again.

OMG! These guys are fantastic. After years of them providing standard twice yearly support, I finally but the bullet and replaced my 25+ year gas furnace and 15+ year air conditioning aystems as well as all the ductwork and had the returns professionally cleaned. These guys had the scalability to attack a project like this quickly and professionally. Plus they are really nice guys and gals as well. I strongly recommend them for HVAC services. I am considering adding my plumbing under the service contract as well… it is just that I really like my current plumbing company. And specially, Terry Tennyson is the greatest.
